We’re confident you’ll love the AI-generated staging images we create for your listings. In the rare event that your results fall short of expectations, we’ll happily provide either a complimentary redo or a 100 % refund. Because our service is entirely digital, we’ve put safeguards in place to prevent abuse and ensure a fair experience for every customer.

 

Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Subscription-Plan Refunds

If you’re subscribed to one of our monthly or annual plans, the following applies:

We can only refund the most recent payment (e.g., if you’ve made three monthly payments, only the third is refundable).

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@staging.com or start a chat inside your dashboard.
  2. Include the email address tied to your account and your order ID.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 1–3 business days.

 

How Long Do Refunds Take?

If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
